Prime Optometrists is an independent optometry clinic at 43 Auburn Road, Auburn NSW 2144. We offer bulk billed eye tests, comprehensive clinical care, and a full range of optical services for patients of all ages across Western Sydney. This page covers how to reach us by train, bus, or car, and where to park when you arrive.
About the Clinic
We are a small, independent practice. Dr Zobaida Tahiri is therapeutically endorsed, which means she holds postgraduate qualifications that allow her to prescribe therapeutic eye drops, manage ocular infections and surface conditions, and perform procedures such as foreign body removal. This is useful for patients who present with clinical concerns beyond a routine prescription change, as many of these cases can be managed directly at the clinic without needing a GP referral first.
We bulk bill all eligible Medicare card holders for the eye examination, have HICAPS on-site for instant health fund claiming, and offer no-gap glasses options for patients with optical extras cover. Read: What Is a Bulk Billed Eye Test and Am I Eligible?
