Before your visit
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us. Optometrists are primary healthcare providers and no GP referral is required.
How often should I have an eye exam?
Adults with no symptoms: every 2 years. Children: annually from school age. Diabetics and those with eye disease: annually or as advised.
What should I bring?
Your Medicare card (for bulk billing), private health insurance card if applicable, current glasses, and any previous prescriptions.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-the-spot claiming for all major health funds. Your gap payment (if any) is processed instantly.
